Violations
Non-Due Process Violation Notices: If the violation is resolved before the next inspection, it will be closed automatically. There is no need to submit proof of resolution.
Due Process or Fine Notices: To close these violations, photographic evidence of compliance must be submitted via the homeowner portal. Please do not email proof of compliance to the management team.
Note: Violations at the Due Process Invitation, Due Process Response, or Fine stage will remain open on your account, even after resolution, for the life of the account.
ARCs
If you have submitted an ARC, please know that your community’s ARC guidelines allow for up to 30 days for a response. Until you receive a final approval (or denial) please do not move forward with your project.
Payments
You may pay your assessment using one of the following methods.
AutoDraft: This is a free service that drafts payments directly from your checking account and automatically updates when the yearly assessment changes. The AutoDraft form can be found on each community’s website under General Forms. Please submit the completed form to accounting@elite-mgmt.com.
E-Check: To pay via e-check, log into your homeowner account and select Pay Assessments from the left menu. There is a fee for recurring e-check payments and a fee for a one-time payment. Please note that this is not an AutoDraft service and will not automatically update when assessment amounts change.
Credit Card: To pay via credit card, log into your homeowner account and select Pay Assessments from the left menu. A transaction fee applies to all credit card payments.
Check/Bill Pay: This payment method is managed by the homeowner through their personal bank accounts. This form of payment will not automatically update if your assessment rate changes.
