If you should need to contact someone on your management team, below are the names and emails for your community’s management team members.

If you wish to speak to a team member, please dial 919-233-7660 and select the correct extension or use the dial by first name directory.  Please be sure to leave a detailed message with your full name, community, and the reason for your call.  This will allow your management team to most efficiently respond to you.

If a return call is necessary, please answer unknown numbers as they may not identify as Elite Management Professionals telephone numbers if team members are returning calls from outside of the office.

Automatic Payment Options

If you are interested in signing up for the Elite Management Professionals automatic draft (ACH) for your assessment payment, please complete the Auto-Draft form and return it to Elite Management Professionals. Click here do download the form.  You may email it to accounting@elite-mgmt.com with a copy of your voided check or mail it to our office.

Auto draft is great as it automatically updates assessments as they may change year to year.  No action required from you!

Clubhouse Reservations

Clubhouse reservations are now completed online! 

Log in and click Reservations on the left side of the screen to start!

Click Make a Reservation on the Reservation Calendar.  The rental agreement is attached to the reservation portal and must be completed and returned.

You may make payments and pay your security deposit online!

Submitting an ARC Request

The ARC form may be found under Community Documents or click here to download a form!

Please take notice that prior to filing any suit pursuant to 47C or 47F of the North Carolina General Statutes you may apply for voluntary mediation in accordance with N.C.G.S.7A-38.3F.
