Quick FAQ’s

When are the Quarterly HOA fees due?
The association assessment fees are due on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.

Please feel free to mail assessment payments to PO Box 97454 Raleigh NC 27624-7454.

If you wish to drop off something such as an assessment payment or ARC request, there is an exterior drop box available for your convenience 24 hours a day.  The drop box is located on the building facing side of the right column when approaching the front entrance doors.  This box is checked multiple times each business day.
