Payments

You may pay your assessment using one of the following methods:

• AutoDraft: This is a free service that drafts payments directly from your checking account and automatically updates when the yearly assessment changes. The AutoDraft form can be found on each community’s website under General Forms. Please submit the completed form to accounting@elite-mgmt.com.

• E-Check: To pay via e-check, log into your homeowner account and select Pay Assessments from the left menu. There is a $1.99 fee for recurring e-check payments and a $2.99 fee for a one-time payment. Please note that this is not an AutoDraft service and will not automatically update when assessment amounts change.

• Credit Card: To pay via credit card, log into your homeowner account and select Pay Assessments from the left menu. A 3.25% transaction fee applies to all credit card payments.

• Check/Bill Pay: This payment method is managed by the homeowner through their personal bank accounts.  This form of payment will not automatically update if your assessment rate changes.

• Mail Payments: PO Box 97454, Raleigh, NC 27624-7454

• Drop-Off Location: 4112 Blue Ridge Road, Suite 100, Raleigh, NC 27624

  • Exterior Drop Box: Available 24/7

  • Interior Drop Box: Available during office hours

  • For Pickups: Schedule an appointment for efficiency

Insurance

Insurance - needing a COI or HOA insurance information, please submit a request a request directly to the agent: certificates@barberinsurance.net

Amenity Access

If you are reaching out regarding access to the amenities or have general questions, please reach out directly to the management team at WestfordMaster@elite-mgmt.com 

To request a replacement fob or mobile access, please complete the fob request form found in the Documents tab of your community portal and email the completed form to WestfordMaster@elite-mgmt.com.

At this time the Westford Master Clubhouse does not allow for private rentals.
