If you wish to drop off something such as an assessment payment or ARC request, there is an exterior drop box available for your convenience. The drop box is located on building facing side of the right column when approaching the front entrance doors. This box is checked multiple times each business day.
There is also an interior drop box that may also be used during office hours.
For efficiency, if you need to pick up an item, please contact your management team for availability prior to coming to the office. Appointments are recommended and are appreciated.

Submitting an ARC Request
Architectural requests should be submitted as a single file as this is the association’s permanent record of the requested change. The list of required items is included on the form. It is important that the request be complete and correctly formatted as incomplete or incorrectly formatted submissions will delay processing. If you are not able to provide a single pdf file, you may mail your submission to Elite Management. The ARC form may be found under Community Documents / Architectural Review Documents.

When are the assessment fees due?
The association assessment fees are due on the first of every month. For 2025, the dues are $165/month.
Who do I call if there is an emergency?
Emergencies situations include fire, plumbing, roof leaks or weather-related damage. Contact our office at (919) 233-7660. Leave a detailed message with your community name, phone number and extent of damage. A staff member will contact as soon as possible. If the emergency is after hours please contact our emergency line at 919-634-4545.
What are the CC&R’S?
The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) are the governing legal documents that set up the guidelines for the operation of the planned community as a non-profit corporation.
