Tennis Court Access:

To access to the tennis courts, you will need to log into your account on the carpentervillage.org website. You must make a reservation on this site to ensure that your key fob has been activated.

If you have any questions or concerns about the modifications to the tennis courts, you are welcome to contact onsite management.

About Us:

This is the website for the Carpenter Village subdivision, located in northwestern Cary, NC. Residents can check here for news and events, official policies and forms, and even the latest weather forecast. 

If you’re just passing through, we hope you’ll take the time to learn more about our wonderful community. We’re just minutes from Research Triangle Park and RDU International Airport, while at the same time nestled in beautiful farmland with a lake, walking path, tennis court and pool. We’re also right next door to West Regional Library. Feel free to stop in and see us on-site at 707 Carpenter Town Lane, Cary NC 27519. Office hours are Monday-Thursday 12:00-5:30 PM and Friday 8:30 AM-1:00 PM.

Quick FAQ’s

When are the quarterly HOA fees due?
The association assessment fees are due on the first of every quarter.

Please feel free to mail assessment payments to PO Box 97454 Raleigh NC 27624-7454.

If you wish to drop off something such as an assessment payment or ARC request, there is an exterior drop box available for your convenience 24 hours a day.  The drop box is located on the building facing side of the right column when approaching the front entrance doors.  This box is checked multiple times each business day.
