Residential Portal: Please remember that your community’s governing documents, including ARC Guidelines, Community Newsletter, and much more can be found on the Heritage Pines Community website. Please visit www.heritagepinesnc.com. You will then be directed to the community’s page. To register for full access to the community website, please contact the Heritage Pines office at 919-466-0016 during normal office hours.
To pay your HOA dues: online via e-check or credit card, please https://emp.cincwebaxis.com/102. You would need to log in with your username and password. If have a setup, username, and password, you would need to register for access.
Please keep in mind that this website is different from the Heritage Pines community website.
If you are reporting a violation: Please be sure you have included in your e-mail the date and time of the violation, and a clear picture of what you are reporting. If reporting multiple property violations, please ensure your pictures are labeled.
Resolved/Corrected Violations: If a violation has been resolved/corrected, please send a picture as documentation and your account will be adjusted accordingly.
If you received a violation in error: Please know that we are all human and the mistake was not intentional. Please send us an e-mail and let us know. We will either close the violation or mark it Verify for the next inspection.
