If you wish to drop off something such as an assessment payment or ARC request, there is an exterior drop box available for your convenience. The drop box is located on building facing side of the right column when approaching the front entrance doors. This box is checked multiple times each business day.
There is also an interior drop box that may also be used during office hours.
For efficiency, if you need to pick up an item, please contact your management team for availability prior to coming to the office. Appointments are recommended and are appreciated.

Ashley Forest is a community of 199 single family homes located in the southeast corner of Durham County, North Carolina. Our community is centrally located and allows residents a short drive to most destinations in the Triangle area. Ashley Forest is close to Research Triangle Park (RTP), the Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU), and near to convenient shopping at Brier Creek Commons and Streets at Southpoint Mall. Our community is not far from cultural outlets such as the Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC), libraries and museums. Our community has a playground, a pool with pool house, and plenty of trees.
The Ashley Forest community holds several neighborhood events per year such as Easter Egg hunt, Community Yard Sale, National Night Out, Halloween and pool parties.

Who is Elite and what is a Community Manager?
Elite Management Professionals is the Community Management Company for Ashley Forest. The community manager handles the day to day administration for the community. Katie Dominello is the Community Manager and works directly with the Board of Directors, homeowners and contractors.

Homeowner Association Fees
Ashley Forest's homeowner association is Ashley Forest Association of Durham and the association assessments (dues) are one of the lowest HOA fees in the county. Assessments are adjusted annually using the Consumer Price Index, CPI.
The monthly assessments are $34.83 per month starting January 2020 for the year of 2020. To pay for the year in full the amount is $417.96. This amount is for all 12 months. Association Fees are due on the first of the month.
What are the CC&R’S?
The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s), sometimes called Tenants and Covenants, are the governing legal documents that establish the guidelines for the operation of a planned community as a non-profit corporation. You may review these documents on this website by clicking on the Community Documents tab and Legal Documents category on the left of the screen.
Who maintains the common areas of the community?
Common areas exist throughout the neighborhood with large sections such as the pool and the area surrounding it and some small sections between homes. The HOA board authorizes third-party businesses to maintain these areas which are paid for with HOA fees. Easements are not common areas and are under the authority of the City of Durham. All issues regarding the common areas and the easements should be directed to the Community Manager.
How can residents get involved in the Ashley Forest community?
Residents are welcome and encouraged to contribute their ideas and get involved in maintaining a strong, positive community. Please contact our Community Manager or attend a Board Meeting.
