Violations
Non-Due Process Violation Notices: If the violation is resolved before the next inspection, it will be closed automatically. There is no need to submit proof of resolution.
Due Process or Fine Notices: To close these violations, photographic evidence of compliance must be submitted via the homeowner portal. Please do not email proof of compliance to the management team.
Note: Violations at the Due Process Invitation, Due Process Response, or Fine stage will remain open on your account, even after resolution, for the life of the account.
ARCs
If you have submitted an ARC, please know that your community’s ARC guidelines allow for up to 60 days for a response. Until you receive a final approval (or denial) please do not move forward with your project.
Payments
You may pay your assessment using one of the following methods:
AutoDraft: This is a free service that drafts payments directly from your checking account and automatically updates when the yearly assessment changes. The AutoDraft form can be found on each community’s website under General Forms. Please submit the completed form to accounting@elite-mgmt.com.
E-Check: To pay via e-check, log into your homeowner account and select Pay Assessments from the left menu. There is a $1.99 fee for recurring e-check payments and a $2.99 fee for a one-time payment. Please note that this is not an AutoDraft service and will not automatically update when assessment amounts change.
Credit Card: To pay via credit card, log into your homeowner account and select Pay Assessments from the left menu. A 3.25% transaction fee applies to all credit card payments.
Check/Bill Pay: This payment method is managed by the homeowner through their personal bank accounts. This form of payment will not automatically update if your assessment rate changes.

Collection Department
If you have received a collection notice or need to change your address, please contact your association’s collection manager, Pam Albright, pamalbright@elite-mgmt.com.
Insurance
Insurance - needing a COI or HOA insurance information, please submit a request a request directly to the agent: certificates@barberinsurance.net
Board Meetings
Board meetings are held at the Weldon Clubhouse and are normally the 3rd Wednesday every other month.
Homeowners are welcome to attend HOA Board of Directors meetings.

Submitting an ARC Request
Architectural requests should be submitted as a single file as this is the Association’s permanent record of the requested change. The list of required items is included on the form. It is important that the request be complete as incomplete submissions will delay processing. If you are not able to provide a single pdf file, you may mail your submission to Elite Management. The ARC form may be found under Community Documents / Architectural Review Documents.

Linking Multiple Accounts
You may link your master/sub association accounts into a single log in, or you may link multiple property accounts together in a single log-in. This applies only to Associations managed by Elite Management Professionals.
- Sign in to your first account.
- Select My Property Information / My Profile.
- Click "Register An Additional Property".
- Complete the required information and when the registration is accepted, your accounts will be linked.
- You will be able to toggle between accounts without needing to log out.
- The Switch Account toggle may be found at the top right of the screen by clicking your name.
