If you should need to contact someone on your management team, below are the names and emails for your community’s management team members.

If you wish to speak to a team member, please dial 919-233-7660 and select the correct extension or use the dial by first name directory. Please be sure to leave a detailed message with your full name, community, and the reason for your call. This will allow your management team to most efficiently respond to you.
If a return call is necessary, please answer unknown numbers as they may not identify as Elite Management Professionals telephone numbers if team members are returning calls from outside of the office.

If you wish to drop off something at the Elite Management Professionals office such as an assessment payment or ARC request, there is an exterior drop box available for your convenience. The drop box is located on the building facing the side of the right column when approaching the front entrance doors. This box is checked multiple times each business day.
There is also an interior drop box that may also be used during office hours.
For efficiency, if you need to pick up an item, please contact your management team for availability prior to coming to the office. Appointments are recommended and are appreciated.

Automatic Payment Options
If you are interested in signing up for the Elite Management Professionals automatic draft (ACH) for your assessment payment, please complete the Auto-Draft form and return it to Elite Management Professionals. The form may be found in the Documents section of the website.

Board meetings
Board meetings are normally held monthly on the 4th Wednesday of each month.
Homeowners are welcome to attend HOA Board of Directors meetings.
Please refer to the calendar for additional details.
Amenity Reservations
Clubhouse reservations are now completed online!
To reserve the clubhouse, click Reservations and in the drop down, click Make a Reservation on the Reservation Calendar. The rental agreement is attached to the reservation portal and must be completed and returned. You may make payments and pay your security deposit online!
2024 Pool Season
It's Almost Pool Season!
The Weldon pool is due to open on May 11, 2024.
At that time, your key cards will be reactivated for the season.
As customary, the schedule will have limited hours until school is out of session on June 12th.

Additionally, should you wish to rent the clubhouse, your key cards will be needed to access the clubhouse for rentals.
Pool Parties
Pool parties must be arranged through the pool management company, Aquatic Management Group (AMG). Parties require a 14-day notice and there is a $17.50 non-refundable administrative fee when a party request is submitted.
The party host must provide the highest number of guests that they are anticipating when completing the request form as additional guards are hired based on the number of guests and cannot be increased after submission. Final lifeguard fees are not due until 3 business days before the event along with the final headcount.
The number of guests may decrease due to weather and people not being able to attend. Please note that the number of lifeguards required is based on the total number of guests and NOT the number of swimmers. AMG is charged with keeping everyone inside the pool gate safe, not just the guests that swim. Accidents can happen outside of the water as well.
If a party is cancelled for weather, and is not rescheduled, the administrative fee will be refunded.
If AMG does not receive the final lifeguard fee payment in the time requested, the party can be cancelled.

Submitting an ARC Request
Architectural requests should be submitted as a single file as this is the Association’s permanent record of the requested change. The list of required items is included on the form. It is important that the request be complete as incomplete submissions will delay processing. If you are not able to provide a single pdf file, you may mail your submission to Elite Management. The ARC form may be found under Community Documents / Architectural Review Documents.

Linking Multiple Accounts
You may link your master/sub association accounts into a single log in, or you may link multiple property accounts together in a single log-in. This applies only to Associations managed by Elite Management Professionals.
Sign in to your first account. Select My Property Information / My Profile. Click "Register An Additional Property". Complete the required information and when the registration is accepted, your accounts will be linked. You will be able to toggle between accounts without needing to log out. The Switch Account toggle may be found at the top right of the screen by clicking your name.
If you attempt to do this and have any trouble, please contact your management team at Elite Management Professionals for assistance.
Windows
If you have "foggy" windows, you may have a broken seal which are allowing moisture to build between the panes. You may be eligible for replacement sashes at a low cost.
If your home has windows provided by MI, you may wish to contact them to see if your windows qualify for warranty replacement.
