Welcome to Reynold's Mill Homeowners Association, Inc.

Reynold's Mill is a beautiful and well-established neighborhood of single-family homes located just off South Main Street in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Proximity to nearby downtown Wake Forest affords residents the opportunity to partake in a diverse array of shops and restaurants as well as many family-oriented community events that take place throughout the year. The neighborhood is also conveniently located near shopping centers including a newly constructed Wegmans grocery store within walking distance of the community. Convenient access to major roadways (I-540, US1, and Highway 98) makes commuting to popular work destinations, such as downtown Raleigh and Research Triangle Park (RTP), and travel via the RDU airport very easy. Residents enjoy community amenities such as the clubhouse, swimming pool, playground, and walking trail around the pond.

Violations

If the violation is resolved before the next inspection, it will be closed automatically. There is no need to submit proof of resolution.
To close these violations, photographic evidence of compliance must be submitted via the homeowner portal. Please do not email proof of compliance to the management team.

§ Note: Violations at the Due Process Invitation, Due Process Response, or Fine stage will remain open on your account, even after resolution, for the life of the account.

ARCs

If you have submitted an ARC please know that your community’s ARC guidelines allow for up to 60 days for a response. Until you receive a final approval (or denial) please do not move forward with your project.

Payments

You may pay your assessment using one of the following methods: 

· AutoDraft: This is a free service that drafts payments directly from your checking account and automatically updates when the yearly assessment changes. The AutoDraft form can be found on each community’s website under General Forms. Please submit the completed form to accounting@elite-mgmt.com. 

· E-Check: To pay via e-check, log into your homeowner account and select Pay Assessments from the left menu. There is a $1.99 fee for recurring e-check payments and a $2.99 fee for a one-time payment. Please note that this is not an AutoDraft service and will not automatically update when assessment amounts change. 

· Credit Card: To pay via credit card, log into your homeowner account and select Pay Assessments from the left menu. A 3.25% transaction fee applies to all credit card payments.

· Check/Bill Pay: This payment method is managed by the homeowner through their personal bank accounts. This form of payment will not automatically update if your assessment rate changes.

Collection Department (Address and Name Changes)

If you have received a collection notice or need to change your address, please contact your association’s collection manager, makaylaharris@elite-mgmt.com ~ ext. 236.

Insurance

Needing a COI or HOA insurance information, please submit a request a request directly to the agent: certificates@barberinsurance.net

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

In 2025, our office will be closed on New Year's Day, MLK Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, as well as Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
