Condominium Board Members are community elected owner volunteers who serve on behalf of the association to make the decisions regarding the community’s finances,

maintenance, policies, and long-term planning, and provide instruction to the management company to carry out decisions.

General Community Information

- Parking permits are required to park within the community.  Towing is enforced if you do not have a parking permit.  For a list of rules and regulations, please reference the Community Documents section of this website and look in the Rules folder.  If you are an owner, please fill out the form available under Community Documents and return to the management team.  If you are a tenant, your property manager must request this for you.

- Trash pick up is weekly on Wednesday.  Recycling pick up is bi-weekly.  Please reference the City of Raleigh website https://raleighnc.gov/trash-recycling-and-clean/collection-schedules-garbage-recycling-and-yard-waste for the dates of recycling.  Please be sure to return your trash and recycling bins from the curb to your unit by that night.

- Bulk trash pick up is available from the City of Raleigh for anything that will not fit in your waste bin.  Please email your management team at Elite Management to request a pick up.  You will need to provide a list of what you need picked up.  The date of pick up, your trash must be at the end of your parking space closest to the street.  If it is left up against a vehicle or on the sidewalk, it will not be picked up and there will be a charge for a return trip.

If you wish to drop off something at the Elite Management Professionals office such as an assessment payment or ARC request, there is an exterior drop box available for your convenience.  The drop box is located on the building facing the side of the right column when approaching the front entrance doors.  This box is checked multiple times each business day.

There is also an interior drop box that may also be used during office hours.

For efficiency, if you need to pick up an item, please contact your management team for availability prior to coming to the office.  Appointments are recommended and are appreciated.

Automatic Payment Options

If you are interested in signing up for the Elite Management Professionals automatic draft (ACH) for your assessment payment, please complete the Auto-Draft form and return it to Elite Management Professionals. The form may be found in the Documents section of the website.
