If you have submitted an ARC please know that your community’s ARC guidelines allow for up to 30 days for a response. Until you receive a final approval (or denial) please do not move forward with your project.

Real Estate Inspection Reports
If your townhome is under contract and you have received an inspection report with items that need to be repaired by the HOA - (1) please download, from the homeowner portal, the maintenance responsibility matrix, (2) submit a work order request through the homeowner portal, (3) in the work order, list out the specific item(s) that need to be addressed. The management company will not read your report and create the work order.

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
In 2025, our office will be closed on New Year's Day, MLK Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, as well as Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
