Payments
You may pay your assessment using one of the following methods:
AutoDraft: This is a free service that drafts payments directly from your checking account and automatically updates when the yearly assessment changes. The AutoDraft form can be found on each community’s website under General Forms. Please submit the completed form to accounting@elite-mgmt.com.
E-Check: To pay via e-check, log into your homeowner account and select Pay Assessments from the left menu. There is a $1.99 fee for recurring e-check payments and a $2.99 fee for a one-time payment. Please note that this is not an AutoDraft service and will not automatically update when assessment amounts change.

Credit Card: To pay via credit card, log into your homeowner account and select Pay Assessments from the left menu. A 3.25% transaction fee applies to all credit card payments.
Check/Bill Pay: This payment method is managed by the homeowner through their personal bank accounts. This form of payment will not automatically update if your assessment rate changes.

Collection Department
If you have received a collection notice or need to change your address, please contact your association’s collection manager, Pam Albright, pamalbright@elite-mgmt.com.
Work Orders
For any work order requests, please contact FranklinGrove@elite-mgmt.com. We encourage homeowners to review the Maintenance and Responsibility Chart to determine whether the issue is the HOA’s responsibility.
The HOA will assist with coordinating repairs for HOA-responsible items. Homeowners may also choose to hire their own vendor for repairs and submit the invoice for reimbursement if the issue falls under the HOA’s responsibility.
Please note that the HOA does not have access to individual units. A homeowner or tenant must be present to grant access for any inspections or repairs.
