If you wish to drop off something such as an assessment payment or ARC request, there is an exterior drop box available for your convenience. The drop box is located on building facing side of the right column when approaching the front entrance doors. This box is checked multiple times each business day.
There is also an interior drop box that may also be used during office hours.
For efficiency, if you need to pick up an item, please contact your management team for availability prior to coming to the office. Appointments are recommended and are appreciated.

Parking- Please note Camden Crossing Condos has a parking policy that requires parking passes to be displayed in vehicles. Vehicles without passes will be towed between 10:00pm and 6:00am. Passes should be transferred at closing and are $150.00 per pass.
Water Bills- The water in Camden Crossing Condos is submeteted and billed from Think Utilities. The owner is responsible the billing for their unit and should contact Think Utilities directly with questions.
Fencing- We wanted
to bring to your attention that the small white picket fencing style currently
in the community is unfortunately no longer in production. Therefore, the Board
has selected a comparable replacement that should be used moving forward. A
link to the new fencing style is provided below. The panels will need to be cut
to length with a hacksaw but are very easy to cut.
When are the assessment fees due?
The association assessment fees are due on the first of every month.

Emergency situations include fire, plumbing, roof leaks or weather-related damage. Contact our office at (919) 233-7660. Leave a detailed message with your community name, phone number and extent of damage. A staff member will contact you as soon as possible. If the emergency is after hours please call the emergency line at 919-634-4545

The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) are the governing legal documents that set up the guidelines for the operation of the planned community as a non-profit corporation.
