Trashcans and Recycling Bins- All trashcans and recycling bins must be kept in an area that is not visible from the street. Trashcans that are being kept on the side of the house but can still be seen from the street are not in compliance. Trashcans may have to be kept further back on the side, covered with shrubbery, stored in the rear of the home or kept in the garage to be in compliance.
Parking and Vehicles- Vehicles in the community must contain a license plate and be in operable condition. Parking on the street cannot exceed two consecutive nights.
Exterior Siding and Shutters- Over time mold, mildew and stains can occur on the exterior siding. The siding will need to be cleaned to remove these items. Please also remember that over time shutters and doors fade and require painting.
When are the assessment fees due? The association assessment fees are due on the first of every month.

What are the CC&R'S? The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) are the governing legal documents that set up the guidelines for the operation of the planned community as a non-profit corporation.
