Complete the application and submit it to the HOA website or here.
How do I drop off payments or other materials at Elite Management Professionals?
If you wish to drop off something such as an assessment payment or ARC request, there is an exterior drop box available for your convenience. The drop box is located on building facing side of the right column when approaching the front entrance doors. This box is checked multiple times each business day.
There is also an interior dropbox that may also be used during office hours.
For efficiency, if you need to pick up an item, please contact your management team for availability prior to coming to the office. Appointments are recommended and are appreciated.
Where can I mail assessment payments?
If you need to make mail your assessment payment, please send the payment to the P.O. Box 97454, Raleigh, NC 27624-7454.
You may also make your payment online on this website. After logging in, please select Pay Assessments.
Who do I call if there is an emergency?
Emergency situations include fire or weather-related damage. Contact our office at (919) 233-7660. Leave a detailed message with your community name, phone number and extent of damage. A staff member will contact you as soon as possible. If the emergency is after hours please contact our emergency line at (919) 634-4545.
